Bentley has introduced its first hybrid model, the Bentley Continental GT Speed. This new iteration is equipped with a 4-litre plug-in hybrid V8 engine, replacing the previous V12 configuration.

The hybrid system boasts a combined output of 771 BHP and over 1,000 Nm of torque. In all-electric mode, the Continental GT Speed can travel up to 80 km on a single charge and reach speeds of up to 160 km/h, covering 75 per cent of its total range.

Recently, Overdrive’s Kranti Sambhav had the opportunity to test drive the inaugural Bentley Continental GT Speed

in Switzerland, providing an insightful review.

In another feature, Overdrive compares three uniquely specified SUVs. The Honda Elevate, a new contender in the fiercely competitive C-SUV market, faces off against the reigning champion, the Hyundai Creta.

For added excitement, they also included the Volkswagen Taigun with its one-litre turbo engine in the comparison.
