THE LAST FEW months of the year are always packed with big sales—from deep discounts on editor-approved outdoor gear to steep savings on fall and winter fashion—as we gear up for the holidays.
Over on Amazon, we’re keeping an eye on some pretty impressive price drops on top Apple tech, as Apple seldomly hosts its own sales. Right now, every single Apple Watch model is on sale for up to 24 percent off.

It’s rare to find discounts on Apple’s latest tech, which is why we were shocked to see that the Apple Watch Series 10, which was released in September, is down to it’s lowest price ever (more than the discount for October Prime Day). Although a $30 price cut might not sound that impressive, any deal on brand-new Apple gear is usually worth it. If you’re not looking to snag the latest model, we also unearthed discounts on every other version currently available on Amazon, from $64 off the Apple Watch Ultra 2 (our top fitness tracker for iPhone users) to the Apple Watch SE for under $200.
Let’s break down each model.
The Series 10 watch is not only Apple’s most recent release, but at just 9.7 mm, it’s the brand’s slimmest watch to date. Our tester noted that the Series 10’s profile made it easier to wear while sleeping and working out than past iterations. Despite this model’s thin body, it boasts the largest screen: According to Apple, the display on this model bests even that of the much-larger Ultra 2. Not to mention, this watch is the first to have a wide-angle OLED display, which is 40 percent brighter and helps on odd angle looks to the display.
Although Apple claims this watch has the same 18-hour battery life as models from previous generations, our tester reported that he got about 24 hours of battery from this watch, even while working out. And while the Series 10 has the same health, fitness, and safety features as previous models, there are a few upgrades: sleep apnea notifications, depth and water temperature sensors, and vital metrics that help users identify changes in their daily health status. All this combined make it a worthy upgrade if you have an older model. The cellular version is also on sale for $470.
Apple Watch Ultra 2
The Ultra 2 is Apple’s top-of-the-line model, with technology the rest of the lineup simply can’t keep up with. The watch has up to 36 hours of battery life (it will last up to 72 hours on low power mode)—the most of any model. At 49mm, the screen is large, and the brightness goes up to 3,000 nits. While other models are water-resistant up to 50 meters, the Ultra 2 is water-resistant up to 100 meters. Plus, built-in compass, altimeter, and water temperature sensors let you take your watch on any adventure you have planned. You’ll, of course, get the standard safety features (Emergency SOS and Crash and Fall Detection), activity tracking, sleep, heart rate and blood oxygen monitors, an ECG, and temperature sensing. We recommend this one for anyone who spends a lot of time outdoors thanks to this model’s rugged footprint.
Apple Watch Series 9
Although a step down from the Ultra 2 and Series 10 models, the Series 9 offers a lot of tech at a reasonable price, especially when it’s discounted $100. The watch introduced Double Tap, a feature that lets you control your wearable with just your fingertips: Tap to snooze alarms, answer and end calls, and more. You’ll also find classic features (activity tracking, heart rate and sleep monitors, a temperature sensor, and a blood oxygen monitor) packed into the device. All of the updates the Series 9 pioneered when released in 2023 are thanks to the S9 SiP (the watch’s internal processor) which makes it brighter, faster, and an all-around smarter, more capable device.
Apple Watch SE (2nd Gen)
Even though a handful of other models are on sale, you don’t want to overlook the Apple Watch SE (2nd Gen). Sure, it’s a baseline pick, but for less than $200, you’re getting all of the standard wearable features at an unbeatable price. It lacks an ECG, temperature sensor, and blood oxygen monitoring, but it’s still impressive with up to 18 hours of battery life, a sleep monitor, activity tracking (including heart rate zones), and more. When I dropped my Series 5 and shattered the screen, the SE (2nd Gen) was the only Apple Watch I considered, and I’ve never looked back. The cellular model, which allows you to stay connected even when your iPhone isn’t on you, is also on sale for $240. I could go on and on about how much I love having a cellular model Apple Watch. It means being totally hands-free on runs, errands, and beyond.
If you’re looking to upgrade your Apple Watch or pick up your first one, now is the time to do so with these stellar savings.
