Skarner
Skarner has been one of the best champions in the game since his rework. He is tankier, more mobile and does far more damage even if you are building tank. The great thing about Skarner is that he can match the speed of Viego and apply pressure through either counter jungling or counter ganks. Early on, there is a good chance skarner will win just because of the added health he will have over his opponent.
Nidalee
Although she is a niche pick in the jungle these days, Nidalee is a solid option into Viego. Her Spear does a lot of damage and she can heal up in the 1v1 to keep herself healthy. Like Skarner she can match the pace of Viego in the early game as she can jump over terrain and can one-shot champions later.
Rammus
Rammus is just a nightmare for Viego, especially when he gets Thornmail. Once he has that item Viego still struggle if they encounter each other in the jungle. Try not to fight Viego before you have your core item, he will win that trade as you are not tanky enough yet to apply pressure onto him. Like the other champions, Rammus can get across the map quickly so matching Viegos pace will not be a problem.
